January 13th, 2012 update.  Astoria Mills gluten free baking mixes with added nutrition are scheduled to be ready for delivery soon. The final ingredient has been sourced,  I would never have believed it was this difficult but since each ingredient has to pass stringent testing in order to maintain our under 5ppm status I know you will feel like I do, that is worth the wait.  Waiting for the final test batch and then whoohoo!
